Eschewing some sort of lame corporate hierarchy, the four of us at Small Plates each wear a lot of hats. We’re A&R guys, project managers, designers, webmasters, writers, budding accountants and all around good guys. That being said, we tend to gravitate towards our particular strengths and availabilities, and thus have outlined loose roles in this awesome little label of ours:
